Ablauf:
Nach Abschluss deiner Bestellung erhältst du zeitnah (innerhalb von zwei Werktagen) eine Email in der ich dich nach den Referenzen für deinen Charakter frage. Bitte halte Beschreibungen und Bilder bereit. Umso mehr Informationen ich bekomme, umso besser.
Du erhältst innerhalb von 4 Werktagen eine Skizze auf Basis deiner Vorgaben. Diese besprechend wir und passen sie gegebenenfalls an.
Nach Freigabe der Skizze stelle ich das Bild innerhalb von 6 Werktagen fertig und du erhälst ein Datenpaket per Email mit deinem Bild in den unterschiedlichen Auflösungen.

[EN] HOW TO ORDER and PROCESS
To order a commission, click the “In den Warenkorb” button (this means Add to Cart).
An icon will appear in the upper right corner – click it to open your cart overview.
Then click “Weiter zur Kasse” (this means Proceed to Checkout).
You’ll need to enter your address and email for the invoice.
Select your preferred payment method:
– Karte (Card)
– PayPal
– Klarna
– Vorkasse (Direct bank transfer in advance)

After checking both boxes, you’re ready to click “Jetzt kaufen” (this means Buy now) in the right column.
PROCESS
After completing your order, you’ll soon receive an email where I’ll ask for your character references. (Within two businessdays) Please have descriptions and images ready — the more information you provide, the better the result will be.
You’ll receive a sketch based on your specifications within four business days. We’ll go over it together and make adjustments if needed.
Once the sketch is approved, I’ll complete the final illustration within six business days.
You’ll then receive a download package via email containing your artwork in different resolutions.
